  • Our custom ordering process is designed to ensure you get exactly what you want. First, you’ll submit an inquiry detailing your design idea. We’ll then discuss and finalize the concept, making sure every detail is locked in. Before committing, you have the option to purchase a digital mock-up, which we highly recommend, as it allows you to see a visual representation of the design and request any adjustments. Once the design is approved, you’ll secure your order by purchasing the Custom Deposit item in our online store. After payment, we’ll source and customize the shoes, then send you proof-of-completion photos for approval. Once you’re happy with the final result, you’ll pay the remaining balance in the shop, and your custom sneakers will be shipped to you. This process ensures a smooth experience and guarantees that you’ll love your final product before it even reaches your hands.

  • Pricing varies based on design complexity and shoe model. The base prices on the services page reflect the price of just the artwork. It does not include the price of the shoe + the artwork. The prices of the customs on the store page reflect the sneaker being included. A base price is set for simpler designs, while intricate artwork/full customs will be priced accordingly.   • We prefer to source the shoes for you, but you do have the option to send in a lightly worn pair for customization. If you’d like to provide your own shoes, you must first send clear photos to contact@supakustoms.com for approval. We’ll evaluate whether they’re suitable for customization, as not all materials hold paint well. Please note that we reserve the right to decline shoes that don’t meet our standards for quality and durability. If the sneakers are sourced through SupaKustoms, the cost of the shoes will be added to your total price.

  • Turnaround time depends mainly on design complexity and current order volume. On average, expect 2-4 weeks for completion. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

  • We customize a variety of sneakers, including Air Force 1s, Jordans, Vans, and other leather or canvas-based shoes. If you’re unsure whether your shoe can be customized, send an inquiry to contact@supakustoms.com. Place “Medium Inquiry” in the subject line and we’ll get back to you in 2-3 business days.

  • All payments are processed securely through our website using Squarespace Payments. Once your design is finalized, you’ll go to our online store and purchase the Custom Deposit item to secure your order. The remaining balance will be paid after the shoes are completed and approved. If you’d like a digital mock-up before committing, you can also purchase that separately through the website. This process ensures transparency and guarantees you’re satisfied with the design before production begins.

  • Yes! We ship within the U.S., and international shipping is available upon request. Shipping fees vary based on location.

  • Avoid excessive water exposure, scrubbing, or machine washing. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. We use high-quality paint and sealers to ensure durability, but proper care is key!

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

  • Yes! We offer light sneaker restoration and repaints for certain models. Send photos of your shoes for a consultation.

  • Yes! We take bulk orders for teams, brands, or events. Discounts may be available depending on the order size. Contact us via email for inquiries. Please place “Bulk Order Inquiry” in the subject line.
